Flour is a powdery product that is the result of the processing of rye or wheat grain. Also, certain types of it are made from grains of corn, barley and other crops.   • Second grade. It contains a few grain shells, it is distinguished by a grayish color. The baked goods are porous and fluffy.

Before you buy flour in bulk, you should pay attention to its grade and, consequently, to such indicators: grind size, ash content, taste, color and smell. 68% of milling products are made from the wheat variety. So, it can be used for making sweet pastries, bakery and pasta. The rye variety is also in great demand. All kinds of buns and bread are made from it. They remain fresh for a long period of time.
